For all you animation lovers, this should be a pretty good festival. They have a great line-up of events, and I’ve been told tickets sell out fast.

Indianapolis International Film Festival
I am so excited to announce that Seasons of Love has been accepted to the
7th Annual Indianapolis International Film Festival! This will be the film’s Midwest premiere.
It will screen twice as a part of the Indy Film Fest’s shorts program, Love Bites. The first screening is on Saturday, July 17 at 1pm and the second on Monday, July 19 at 5:15pm.
“Are they the little nips you get from an affectionate partner? Or is it the perpetual state of an emotion that’s never any good? The answer in these nine films is yes. From a conversation lost in translation to the lengths we’ll go to for the one we love, you’ll enjoy a few great films — and so will your heart.” (Love Bites program description courtesy of indyfilmfest.org)
I’m desperately trying to attend the festival. Hopefully my work lets me miss a day or two… but we’ll see. Anyone want to come with me? Seriously.
Tribeca Cinemas Kids Club

A little bit more about the “Great Shorts!” program…
“Colorful, funny, sweet and creative–short films are one of the best-kept secrets of the movies. Telling any story in a short time period is hard, and telling a GREAT story in a short time is even harder. Whether it’s puppy love, amazing animation or movie magic at its best, these eclectic kid-friendly short films share amazing stories from around the world.”
I hope to see you there!
